Mother-Daughter Yoga
Create an expansive twist in your relationship with your 10-17 year old daughter!
Yoga is about union: the connection between our finite and our Infinite selves.
Yoga can also be a beautiful language of love and spirit
between you and your pre- or early-teen daughter.
Within yoga you can lay the foundations for your daughter to learn:
- Holistic self care
- Self trust and confidence
- Tools to live in connection with one's inner wisdom
- And a respect for the body& mind
Please join my daughter, Grace, and I once a month for:
- A short yoga set from the Kundalini or Hatha yoga tradition
- A meditation
- Insights from yogic philosophy
- Share time
- Fun yoga games
Nourish your bodies, deepen your connection to spirit, and develop greater inner peace within your relationship.
