I use Life Coaching exercises and tools as one resource for you to evaluate and expand your mental beliefs and habitual thought patterns.

How Coaching Works

Coaching is a professional relationship which uses thought-provoking and creative processes to increase your awareness and examine your patterns, goals, desires and truths in order to inspire you to achieve your inner vision and desires.

You begin to observe your beliefs, both those at a conscious level as well as those hidden beliefs that lurk below the surface. By identifying the beliefs underlying your patterns, you have the power to evolve your mental patterning and create a life which expands all your innate potential.

I am trained to listen, to observe and to ask questions to stimulate personal discovery. As you are unique, so is the approach and set of tools that I use with you during different sessions. I believe that you are resourceful and creative and that you are the best source of your own answers.
