Holistic Wellness Coaching sessions can be done in-person or over the phone with powerful and lasting results.
In addition to individual coaching sessions which can be done in-person or over the phone, I also offer the an eight-week structured group program
called "Total Self Mastery" as well as products to support you on a daily basis at home. My goal is not only to help you develop a higher level
of awareness around your patterns and communication with your BodyMind, but also to empower you with the tools and the skills you need to meet
your ongoing self-care needs.

or spiritual condition which persists continously or re-occurs with cyclical regularity and which prevents you from living your life with full health,
abundance, and joy.

A Discovery Session is a great way to evaluate where you are at, clarify your
starting point, and experience my style of coaching to see if it is a good fit. Once you are ready to give yourself the gift of commitment to

release restrictions, and create new supportive habits.

Why is it important to first clarify where you are at in terms of your current habits and patterns?
From the time you are born,
you begin creating mental and physical imprints which shape your habits and beliefs. Habits and beliefs are the foundation on which your patterns
are built. However, many of your patterns are less than
optimal because they are based on adaptive responses to past experiences and part of moving forward is letting go of
what no longer serves you. These life experiences, injuries, traumas, and emotions are stored in the
body as tissue memory and energy signature patterns. The subconscious mind reads these signature patterns and acts according to the scripts written even if you
are not consciously living from those old mindsets. In order to release the restrictions, you first need to become aware of them and make a conscious choice
of how your patterns can serve who you are today and who you want to be tomorrow.

How do I release restrictions in my body?
Because of the layered, multi-textured nature of your patterns which exist on the physical, mental and energetic bodies, it is crucial to release
your restrictions at all levels of the BodyMind. Through my unique BodyMind approach, I assist you in this process. My coaching provides the framework to
increase your awareness and examine your patterns, goals, desires and truths. You begin to observe your beliefs,
both those at a conscious level as well as those hidden beliefs that lurk below the surface. By identifying the beliefs underlying your patterns,
you have the power to evolve your mental patterning and core energies and create a life which expands all your innate potential.
In the body, I assist you to clear out the old messages and beliefs, often created in your childhood, which are no longer needed. I assist the body in releasing old scripts
and signature patterns through CranioSacral Therapy and Kundalini Yoga meditations. Once the restrictions are cleared, the body,
in its infinite wisdom and with the flow of natural energy, can heal itself. I also provide numerous tools and exercises for you to continue to play
with reorganizing and refining your patterns so that they can more effectively support the person you are striving to be.
I use my training as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor to assess your constitutional bodytype or Dosha from which lifestyle pieces including diet, exercise, and meditation are given
to guide your life in alignment with your nature.

What is the difference between self care and health care?
These two concepts as interconnected but have different impacts.
In western medicine terms, health care is provided to you as an individual by others to
treat illness and disease. It usually occurs when you are already experiencing symptoms, illness or a problem. While you might need external
support at times, whatever you can do yourself to improve your own health is more effective in the long run than what another person can do for you.
Self care is ideally what you do to live in health and prevent the build-up of
imbalance which leads to crisis points of pain and illness. Although you might use external tools to support your process,
your healing power is internal. Since you are the person making choices and receiving input 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you are your
ideal health care provider. And you act as your own health care provider through self-care techniques. There is no more effective tool for health than right living in alignment with your core self.
