Individual Kundalini Yoga & Medititation Sessions
Discovering the Right Meditation or Kriya to Support your Expansion
An incredible tool to re-align your habits & patterns, and re-program your neural mental pathways is Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is transformational and efficient. I have shared many times my own powerful story of doing a 3 minute meditation for 1000 days which transformed my
pattern of scarcity into one of prosperity and abundance.
How Sessions Work
Included in the individual sessions is:
- Intention Assessment: There are literally 100's of kriyas and meditations with specific goals and results to support your journey. Before you even come in for the session, I talk to you about your goals and explore the essence underneath your intention. We also agree on an amount
of time you are comfortable with doing the yoga daily.
- Set Choice: I then
take the information into my meditation space to receive guidance about what is the best choice for you at this particular time.
- Audio Guided Support: For an extra fee I will record your entire kriya or meditation to a MP3 file which you can download to your computer and MP3 player. You can also chose to have me
make you a CD.
- Scheduling the Appointment: You then come in for your session. Mediations can be done live or over the phone, but for yoga sets or kriyas it is ideal to do an in-person session.
- During the Session: During the session I guide you through the entire meditation or set so wear comfortable clothes. At the end, I answer any questions and give you the
written and/or audio instructions.
- Follow Up and Support: I then check-in with you over the next week to see how things are going. You are also free to contact me if you have
additional questions or concerns.
- Discovery Celebration: At the end of the 40 days, I do another check-in to see what you have discovered along your journey and celebrate your completion.

To be most effective, the meditation or exercise set is held for 40 days...the amount of time it takes to
change a habit. However, even if you chose not to commit to 40 days, any amount of yoga and meditation is worth doing.
- 40 days to change a habit
- 90 days to confirm the habit
- 120 days so that the new habit is who you are
- 1000 days to master the new habit
Individual session investment:
- 60 minute Yoga Session: $108
- 30 minute Meditation Session: $54
- Audio support for up to an 11 minute meditation: $26
- Audio support for a yoga kriya (set): $54
