Holistic Wellness Coaching meets all your needs - body, mind, and spirit. Health is not limited to the body but rather affects all aspects self and life.

Beyond decreasing the discomfort and disruption in your body and life caused by current symptoms, I support you in discovering the roots and contributing factors underlying those symptoms so you are no longer stuck in the cycle of chronic imbalance. Short term fixes feel good - temporarily. But I want to empower you to know how to care for yourself so that you stay feeling good and do not end up back in the same place again.

Individual Wellness Coaching

Individual 1:1 coaching provides attention and focus completely tailored to your unique needs. I hold the structure, offer resources, provide accountability and support to help you achieve your goals. You control the process, the pace, and choose what you want to explore.

Sessions can be in-person or via the telephone in time blocks and pricing options to best meet your needs.

In choosing how to structure your coaching, consider that weekly appointments provide momentum, prevent you from falling back into old pattern habits, and hold a strong place of structure for discovery and forward movement. And that coaching is a journey that works best over time to allow you to gain clarity, re-program your patterns, clear your restrictions, and achieve your goals.

I offer three different investment options for individual sessions. All packages are paid up front in full to gain the discount.

  1. Foundation Package: includes 1 - 90 minute strategy starter session and 12 - 30 minute sessions OR 8 - 60 minute CONSECUTIVE sessions. Working on a regular basis to explore and expand new patterns is the most effective way to create true change and support your health goals in your body and your life. If you are ready to enjoy true change and are looking to tangibly support your process, then the Foundation Package is the ideal first step to give you a strong foundation for moving forward and enjoying long lasting benefits. Weekly appointments are required to stay focused, hold accountability, not slip back into old patterns, and move forward powerfully.

  2. Multiple Session Packages: these packages for ongoing support and function like a punch pass. Buy the package then schedule the sessions when you need them within one year's time of purchase. These packages are good for providing on-going support for yourself while having flexibility about when to do them. They can also be shared within a family.
    • 3 - 30 minute sessions: $210 (7% discount)
    • 6 - 30 minute sessions: $395 (12% discount)
    • 3 - 60 minute sessions: $300 (7% discount)
    • 6 - 60 minute sessions: $570 (12% discount)

  3. Single Sessions: these a la carte sessions provide the opportunity for as-needed support or can be used to see what coaching is all about and discover whether we are the right fit.

Ayurveda Lifestyle Assessment & Regimen: $108

The Ayurveda Lifestyle Assessment & Regimen provides you with a guideline for right living based on your unique constitutional bodytype or Constitutional Prakriti. Based on information you provide me about your health and life history as well as my assessment and exam, I determine your Doshic Constitution which is the foundation for your lifestyle regimen.

During the 45 minutes session, I will go over all the components of the Regimen and, based on your needs and condition, help you identify where you want to start as far as integrating the different changes. There will also be time for questions. You will then be sent a full written lifestyle regimen which includes diet, herbs, aroma and color therapy, yoga and meditation, and other lifesytle elements to use as you choose. Group Coaching Programs

$199 / 6 weeks session or $149 / 4 weeks session

Group coaching is a wonderful opportunity to receive the support you are looking for within an affordable, supportive, fun format. It is a place where you can come together with other seekers, hear each other's wisdom, and learn from each other's journeys.

The possibilities here are unlimited. You can create your own group around a specific theme or topic, or simply join one of the current groups I have set up. You can even be put on a group list around a specific theme if you don't have your own group and I will send out an information notice to see who else might be interested. Simply claim the day and time and when there at least 6 people we'll be ready to play.

How Group Coaching is Structured

  • Each session in the series is 75 minutes long
  • Structure is around a specific topic or theme or general interest based on the individual group's desire
  • Written guides and support material are provided as applicable
  • Format of check-in, new information, sharing and playing with exercises, and a chance to commit to a action step for the upcoming week (note that this structure can be altered based on each individual group's needs and desires)
  • All classes are recorded so if you can't make one, you can simply listen on your own afterwards
  • Depending on geographical feasibility, sessions can either be via the telephone or in a live setting
  • Optional use of accountability partners
